Terms

ESN Nexus, made by ESN Systems. Updated November 2, 2026.

Using Nexus

By adding ESN Nexus to a server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms, to Discord's Terms of Service, and to the ESN Systems rules and terms.

Your responsibility

Server owners and staff decide how Nexus is set up and are responsible for the actions they take with it. Do not use Nexus to harass people, break Discord's rules, or break the law.

No guarantee

Nexus is built to reduce the damage from raids, nukes, scams and spam, but no tool can stop every attack. Nexus is provided as is, and ESN Systems is not liable for losses in your server.

Premium

Premium is a per-server subscription for custom branding (bot name, avatar, banner and bio in your server) at $1.99 a month or $19.90 a year. It does not unlock extra protection; every feature is included on every server. You can cancel any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For billing questions, open a ticket in the ESN Discord.

Changes and access

We may change features or these terms as Nexus improves. We may remove Nexus from servers that abuse it.
